Learning how to draw with henna is quite different that most arts. Drawing Henna may be closely related it to icing cakes, though! Point is, many of you have never done anything like this before. At one point, neither had I!

The first time I tried henna I made a royal mess and nothing actually stained my skin. I was lucky enough to have a connection in a community that henna was prevalent and was gifted some henna cones not long after my initial failure. I was grateful and have been enjoying henna ever since that day! 
It's taken me years to discover, make mistakes, perfect, re-perfect, and ultimately come to a steady place in my henna career that supports my lifestyle. Though a career in henna may not be what you are striving for, learning from a professional will help you find a happy place with henna without the frustration a new venture can bring. You will have a mentor and example to guide you as you learn the magic henna holds and how to draw beautiful designs with henna.

Drawing Henna Tattoos Tutorial 

After learning all you need to know about the history and culture of henna tattooing, we get to move on to drawing! This is the chapter of class where you will learn the basics of a henna cone and how to hold it. Starting with simple design elements specifically suited for the beginner, we will advance to combining these simple elements together. And then combining these elements again in a different way, and so on. Slowing adding difficulties but always keeping a beginners pace. By the end of class, youll be able to complete a whole hand design on yourself or a friend with Jade's help. Watch in real time and follow along to complete the design.
