We must first understand the cultures henna comes from so we can work with henna respectfully. After we have touched on the foundations of these cultures we will move into the modern day uses for henna, and then start drawing! Step by step instructions on how to hold the henna cone with tips for different techniques and styles are talked about in detail and shown. By the end of class students will be able to complete a full hand design in henna. Follow along with me at the end to watch, in real time, how I create my henna hand design using the design elements from class.
