History in the making

We are in the middle of history right now. I guess we always are. Yet, somehow, this episode is bigger than most. I think we can all recognize that 2020 is a year to be carved on the rocks, written in the books, and told around the fires. We are living it, baby.
I know it can be hard to keep our wits about us when we feel that all we know is falling. But really, that is so simply in our head. "No one is ever promised tomorrow", or some other inspirational, carpe diem quote. Our security is moment to moment, and in this, we are free! So write your own story while you have the chance. Life moves beautifully fast.

Artists in the making

In spite of all the fear we are fed through the news and social media, we have the opportunity to focus on the creative and joyful. The happy small things are the building blocks of our next chapter. And a great way to chill out and enjoy the little things is by finding local hidden gems. Or speaking with a creative about why their art is their passion.

Carly over at Flamingo Flea has created a virtual version of her spectacular flea markets. Her markets cater to the south Florida area with focuses on handmade or hand picked items. Each of her vendors put a lot of work into their craft and I am proud to be hosted along with them on her virtual flea market page.
